Cutcharts for Hypertherm HPR 130 XD

Hello,
unfortunately for the HPR 130
corner reduction does not work.
All stock is 100% for any technology. 70% reductions are included in the csv file. Can it be improved somehow?

We will check if the "Corner reduction" value sensed to power source through Serial communication.

How do you generate the Corner reduction event? Does the power source have an input pin to activate "corner reduction"?

Hi,
This source has an input for a corner reduction, each HPR has this input.
Information about % corner reduction is sent by rs 422.
This can be popped up manually with the command 070 or 095.
I use a gcode to turn on the port before the corner and to release it after.
Gcode added by sheetcam.
This works fine, but manual typing is a pain.
Have you thought about expanding the Cutcharts option to manually select parameters such as gases, valve settings, etc?

Just wanted to answer your question regarding additional cutcharts options for manual parameter selection. In general, when adding new options to myCNC, we base the added/improved functionality on the recommendations and input from our regular long-term customers (these are also the clients we often test these new features and options with before they are released to the public).

So far, we haven't had much requests for such additional cutchart options from our other clients, so there aren't any plans to in the upcoming planned releases - we will keep it in mind however, should our other clients also express interest.

Just wanted to do a quick update - we have fixed the way Corner Reduction values work in our software and will have the updated software version released in a few days. We will also be posting the updated Cutcharts file.

I am waiting for updates then.
I have a problem with the M14 / M15 code (nothing happens after adding it to the program and it should turn off / on THC) and the next thing is the unresponsive M400 code (surface measure)

I have some videos of working with the HPR 130 XD.

Hello,

The software update is up, you can update your myCNC application through the Support tab.

Regarding the M14/M15 codes, we have uploaded a short video on how they operate:

Those codes are built into the software, and are working on the latest release as shown in the video above - let me know if the behaviour is different for you. As for the M400 code, how exactly is the code unresponsive?

We'd be happy to take a look at the videos you've mentioned as well.

unfortunately I can't update the software. I also tried to do it by hand but I do not turn on the application.
I think I need to install a new system and do everything all over again.
Is it possible to save software settings?
